Anger Management


Our Anger Management program helps individuals recognize the triggers of their anger and develop constructive coping mechanisms to express their emotions in healthier ways. Through a combination of cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices, clients learn to identify patterns of anger, understand the underlying causes, and practice techniques for calming and self-regulation. This program empowers individuals to manage their emotions effectively, enhancing their interpersonal relationships and overall quality of life.
