North Central Counties Consortium (NCCC), headquartered in Yuba City, invites qualified bidders to respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP) aimed at managing Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, Title I (WIOA) funds within the California America’s Job Center of California℠ (AJCC) network across the NCCC region. This solicitation seeks to enhance the effectiveness, accessibility, and continuous improvement of the AJCC network in meeting the region's workforce development needs and achieving performance benchmarks outlined under WIOA. Successful bidders will be tasked with delivering comprehensive WIOA-funded employment and training services to Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth populations, while also providing robust Business Services to local employers. Additionally, bidders must offer rapid response services during layoffs or closures, explore additional service opportunities, collaborate with partners to develop the AJCC network, and participate in the AJCC Certification process, thereby contributing to the region's economic resilience and prosperity.
