Additionally, through the School to Work Alliance Program (SWAP), we facilitate the transition of young adults with mild to moderate needs into competitive employment, fostering successful community integration. Furthermore, our Transition Training for Parents equips caregivers with essential skills and knowledge to navigate the educational journey of their children effectively.
