At Grace Neal Preschool & Learning Center, our Pre-K1 program is designed to prepare children for the transition to Kindergarten with a structured yet nurturing approach. Led by Ms. Shyann, our preschoolers engage in a variety of activities focused on social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development. During Circle Time, children work on language and literacy skills, including learning the alphabet, days of the week, months of the year, and engaging with simple spelling activities. Bible stories are also incorporated to instill values and nurture spiritual growth.
Under Ms. Shyann's guidance, Pre-K1 students participate in arts and crafts projects that enhance fine motor skills and foster creativity. Outdoor play and nature walks provide opportunities for physical activity and exploration, contributing to cognitive development and coordination. Our program also emphasizes math and science activities to develop critical thinking skills and readiness for Kindergarten. At Grace Neal, we are committed to providing a supportive and enriching environment where children feel loved, encouraged, and prepared for the next step in their educational journey.
