Recognizing the challenges faced by participants, especially those incarcerated for extended periods, our Residential Reentry program adopts a phased approach to reentry. Despite individuals assuming they are immediately ready for community life after incarceration, our facilities implement step-down levels of supervision. This approach rewards residents with increased freedom based on positive performance, allowing them to progressively engage in community activities such as seeking employment, attending appointments, rebuilding positive relationships, and earning independence. With a commitment to program compliance at each step, our staff ensures a structured environment with closed-circuit security cameras, electronic sign-in/out systems for accountability, 24-hour custodial care, and regular drug and alcohol testing.
