Ag in the Classroom

Kimble County Farm Bureau's Ag in the Classroom program invites Texas educators to connect K-5 students with farmers and ranchers virtually, exploring agricultural concepts across various subjects. From interactive sessions on farm equipment to engaging with bison, strawberries, and watermelon, the Spring 2024 program enriches classroom learning. Teachers can also participate in the Ag Literacy Week Book Program, access the Curriculum Matrix, and engage in professional development through the Summer Ag Institute. With grants, scholarships, and free resources available, Texas Farm Bureau supports educators in promoting agricultural literacy. Join today to bring the farm to your classroom!
