We at Town & Country Realty are committed to helping build a caring, generous, and resilient community. Local non-profits, charities, and community events sustain these values, and we are excited to help in their missions. Their devotion is a part of what makes the Mid-Willamette Valley such a wonderful place to call home.

Each month, we highlight one or two of these important local organizations in the “Community Matters” section of our Real Estate Guide to raise awareness and encourage community involvement. We also place the articles on our website and invite you to learn more and consider supporting them however you can. Together, we can continue to build a community that cares for its people and fosters a sense of belonging for all.

Town & Country Foundation

We are a nonprofit organization based in Corvallis, Oregon, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in our communities. The foundation serves as a platform for Town & Country Realty and our independent Real Estate Brokers to make a positive impact in the neighborhoods we serve.

At Town & Country Foundation, our goal is to support various tax-exempt organizations, particularly local groups that provide emergency and transitional housing services for children and families, individuals with disabilities, and victims of domestic violence. We believe in the power of collaboration and believe that by working together, we can create lasting change.

Town & Country Realty’s dedicated Brokers are deeply rooted in the local communities and neighborhoods. They understand the challenges our neighbors face and actively seek out organizations that are making a difference. By utilizing the Town & Country Foundation, our Brokers can focus their efforts, maximize the effectiveness of donations, and ultimately, make a greater impact.

Since 1951, Town & Country Realty and our Brokers have been committed to improving communities across Oregon, including Benton and Linn Counties. We have contributed over $369,000 to non-profits, community events, and charities, excluding individual Broker donations, to help enrich the lives of our residents.

The Town & Country Foundation brings together our company’s long-standing commitment to community support with the local knowledge and generosity of our Brokers. Together, we strive to create caring and resilient communities that value all our neighbors, especially those who need help.
