Willett 4 Year Rye is “Only” 4 years old so you don’t get the heavy oaky or wood spicy flavor in your mouth. You’ll get notes of honey with dark berries, anise, fennel, caraway seed, darker blood orange, hints of burnt bread crust and dry tea leaves, and some gin botanicals. Definitely an amazing Rye to try!
