Architectural Shingles
An architectural shingle, also known as a “dimensional” or “laminate” shingle, is made of multiple layers of asphalt fused together. The end result is a richer, multidimensional appearance that resembles wood or slate roofing. Timberline was also the first laminate shingle, introduced in 1967.
