Are you looking to get a jump-start on your first career? Our Young Adult Program helps out-of-school individuals aged 17-24 to gain the valuable skills needed to work in Northern Nevada’s most in-demand careers.

Much like our adult programs, young adults can gain access to free training in a wide variety of fields to get prepared for a rewarding career. In addition, our work experience program offers free, short-term career and technical training, supportive services, and subsidized wages, all while you learn a trade, gain professional experience, and earn a paycheck.
