Bring in a valid ID (driver’s license, state ID, etc.) and proof of residence in Eagle Mountain. Fill out a Library Card application at the library or fill out an online application. A library card OR State Issued photo identification is REQUIRED in order to check out library materials. A library card is the preferred identification for your library account. If you lose your card or if it’s stolen, please notify the library as soon as possible. A replacement can be issued for $3.00.
