CCA Oregon needs your support to defend and grow these and other successes. We are also engaged in other issues critical to our fisheries, including proposals to close popular middle Columbia River fishing areas, careful management of coastal fisheries, and the need for continued public education around the importance of hatcheries to conservation and fishing opportunity. We must also work closely with the ODFW Commission and ODFW to address emerging challenges for our salmon and steelhead, including climate change and a sustainable funding model for ODFW amidst the continued license fee increases.
