For basic management of patient care, our laboratory offers a wide variety of testing including clinical chemistries, hematological, urinalysis, serological and microbiological testing. The laboratory accepts lab requests from all High Desert Medical Group, Heritage Health Care and Independent Physicians Association (IPA) providers. Laboratory hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. X-Ray At High Desert Medical Group (HDMG), 43839 N. 15th St. W., Lancaster, the X-ray department is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. At Heritage Health Care (HHC), 38209 47th St., E. Suite C. Palmdale, the X-ray department includes ultrasounds. The hours for HHC are the same as the Laboratory hours. Laboratory Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday closed. All test results are electronically transmitted directly to your physician; highly experienced phlebotomists are certified in venipuncture techniques and procedures and are available to assist you with all of your laboratory needs.
