Program Operations Manager

Position Title: Program Operations Manager
Hours: 38-40 hours/week.
Salary Range & Benefits: $52K-$60K/year. Generous PTO and paid holiday schedule. Paid sick time. 3% IRA match. Health care benefits eligible. This is an exempt, supervisory position.
Location: Vina Moses Center, 968 NW Garfield, Corvallis, Oregon
Hours of Operation: Monday- Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. One Saturday a month and occasional evenings and weekends possible.

Position Overview
The Program Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and leading the implementation of social service programs aimed at improving the wellbeing of individuals and communities. This role involves managing program staff, managing program budgets, collaborations with community partners, monitoring program outcomes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
